Shipping & Return Policy
At Exclusive Touch, we want you to experiment and have fun. Part of our mandate is to help you make an informed decision before you buy by providing great product descriptions, measurements and photos. Please read all product descriptions, ingredients lists, and measurements carefully before you buy and feel free to contact us with any product related questions if you’re unsure about your selection.
Online orders will be packaged in discreet, indistinguishable boxes or envelopes via FedEx Ground. If FedEx Ground is unable to deliver to your address USPS Priority Mail will be used as an alternative. If your address is unavailable for delivery through both methods, your order will be canceled and you will be issued a refund.
Your Order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders ship on all days excluding Holidays. Free shipping is included on all orders over $125. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any product with the exception of a defective product. In the event that a product is defective we will offer an exchange within 7 days of original purchase. After the 7 days from the date of purchase, customers will have to contact the product manufacturer for any returns and concerns. We will be happy to provide instructions and information in reaching the manufacturer.
When returning a defective item in store you must provide your receipt to a store employee and they can assist you with the exchange process. Lingerie and Halloween Costumes are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund after purchase. When returning an item via shipping, we will be unable to refund any shipping charges.
